About Me
My journey began in the U.S. Navy, where I proudly served for over nine years as an Aviation Structural Mechanic.
During that time, I supervised maintenance on a wide variety of aircraft including F/A-18s and P-3C Orions, led high-performing teams under pressure, and earned honors such as the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Military Excellence Award.
The Navy shaped the way I lead - with discipline, accountability, and a relentless drive to get things right the first time.
Post-Military
After transitioning from active duty, I brought those principles to the civilian sector.
I spent over a decade in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals and medical devices, managing complex operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving equipment reliability across multi-site facilities.
In leadership roles at Baxter and Upsher-Smith, I oversaw large-scale capital upgrades, preventive maintenance programs, and lean operational initiatives - consistently reducing costs while improving safety and uptime.
Today
In 2023, I stepped into a senior role at TruStile Doors, where I lead maintenance and facilities strategy for a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing operation.
Simultaneously, I founded Ollie, Ltd., a veteran-owned small business providing tailored support to facilities in transition or growth. From daily systems oversight to CMMS implementation, SOP development, fire alarm response, and TPM strategy, I partner with owners and property managers who need experienced, hands-on leadership without long-term overhead.
I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and I bring a unique combination of military precision, technical depth, and real-world management experience to every project I take on.
Whether I’m in the field, behind the scenes, or guiding teams through complex challenges—I lead with purpose, clarity, and a deep respect for operational integrity.
