About Israel
My career began in the U.S. Navy, where I served for over nine years as an Aviation Structural Mechanic.
I supervised maintenance on aircraft including F/A-18s and P-3C Orions, led teams under pressure, and earned the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Military Excellence Award.
The Navy shaped how I lead — with discipline, accountability, and a drive to get it right the first time.
Post-Military
I brought those principles into the civilian sector and spent over a decade in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals and medical devices, managing complex operations and improving equipment reliability across multi-site facilities.
In leadership roles at Baxter and Upsher-Smith, I oversaw large-scale capital upgrades, preventive maintenance programs, and lean initiatives — consistently reducing cost while improving safety and uptime.
Today
I founded Ollie Ltd. as a veteran-owned business providing tailored support to property owners and developers whose buildings are in transition, growth, or sitting empty between uses. From scheduled building oversight to vendor coordination, CMMS implementation, SOP development, and site transition support, I partner with owners who need experienced, hands-on leadership without long-term overhead.
I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and I bring a combination of military precision, technical depth, and real-world management experience to every engagement. Whether I’m on site, behind the scenes, or guiding a team through a complex transition, I lead with clarity and a deep respect for getting the details right.
