About Us

Israel Arrieta

Principal

Israel Arrieta is a facilities and maintenance leader with over two decades of experience across manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. A U.S. Navy veteran, he began his career maintaining military aircraft, where he learned the systems thinking, procedural discipline, and accountability that still define how he works.

In the years since, he has led maintenance and facilities operations in fast-paced, highly regulated environments — including leadership roles at Baxter and Upsher-Smith — overseeing preventive maintenance programs, critical utilities, capital projects, and regulatory compliance across OSHA, FDA, DEA, and EPA requirements. He has stood up CMMS and TPM programs, written enforceable SOPs, and served as a key point of contact during audits, inspections, and operational transitions.

Through Ollie Ltd., Israel brings that experience to owners and developers who need a steady, capable set of eyes on their property — whether filling a leadership gap, watching a building through a transition, or building structure where there is none. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
