I’m Israel Arrieta, a Facilities and Maintenance leader with over two decades of experience spanning manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. As a Navy veteran, my foundation in aircraft maintenance instilled the precision, discipline, and systems thinking that continue to guide my work today. I’ve since led maintenance and facilities teams in fast-paced, highly regulated environments—developing programs, managing utilities, commissioning equipment, and ensuring operational uptime across complex sites.

Now, through Ollie Ltd., I offer fractional support and project-based consulting to companies that need hands-on expertise without the overhead of a full-time facilities executive. Whether it's writing SOPs, optimizing maintenance programs, coordinating fire safety compliance, or serving as a point of contact during critical infrastructure transitions—I work alongside owners, operators, and trades to keep buildings running safely and efficiently.
